yea, you can be a rakuyou of heaven ochita. pic a number 0-8 and thats your rank. when you all get your ranks, we will ahve a meeting in the human world, tell me when you pic out your ranks ^.^

What rank would be the "strongest"? I'd like that one or 1 rank away~

the strongest rank is 0, however if you want that rank you need to 1. fight 2 other heaven members, OR 2. Fight me so i can check your rp skills. but you can have 1 right of the bat if you would like.

sure i'll take 1 for now - Though i plan to take rank 0 at some point
